FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE
A budget target is set for the operational costs and other expenditures of your yacht and is submitted for your approval in a report. In this way, you will be prevented from encountering any extra costs.

The daily expenditure items and their breakdowns are created, and presented to you as a detailed report at the end of each month.
The cash needed by the boat is transferred to the boat personnel as “cash to master” and then followed up.
Monthly expenses are percentaged according to the relevant expense items and reported to the yacht owner.
OPERATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SERVICE
With this service, pre-interviews are made with the seamen best fitting for your needs, the recruitment process is followed up, the employment contracts are signed and personal files are created.
We regularly pay the SSI (Soical Security Institutation) premiums and salaries of the personnel on behalf of the yacht owner. We relieve the yacht owner from a big burden by collecting all these payments under a single invoice.
We attach importance to the personnel service trainings and occupational safety trainings, and ensure that our personnel receive training according to the usage type of yacht, as well as control and periodically follow up all the certificates of competency, exams and seaman license dates of your crew.
TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
By coordinating the periodic maintenance of the yacht according to the approved budget, we follow up the reports received from the relevant accredited institutions or organizations, and we regularly inform the yacht owners accordingly.
We ensure that the parts, which need maintenance/repair, are modified in order of priority in line with the naval engineer’s report approved by the yacht owner.
If you have a yacht, we follow up the current class documents and prepare them to the annual inspection. We also make the class application and prepare the yacht to technical inspection and ensure that the documents are up-to-date.
